With plethora of service providers available in any industry, it is extremely tedious and time consuming to manually evaluate the different service providers, not forgetting the biasness characteristic of human being.

 

Evaluation is crucial to ensure the best service providers carries out our client’s work, potentially saving time, costs and headaches compared to a sub-par service provider.

 

 

An upcoming enhancement to PEER system will include a performance indicator prediction algorithm. The goal is to utilise Artificial Intelligence to assist our clients in evaluating service providers and hence, choosing the best contractors for their projects. 

 

 

The AI Model will predict the performance of the service providers, whether the service provider is reliable or unreliable based on their work’s approval and rejection rates.
