My Tasks
My Task provides a “go-to” for users to carry out all necessary tasks
Large scale projects often result in staff having to carry out multiple tasks. It becomes easy to lose track of tasks required to be completed on a day to day basis when one is loaded with a plethora of tasks and especially when multiple tasks are being routed for actions to be taken.
“My Task” module in PEER provides a consistent place for users to track all of the tasks which require attentions. Any tasks from necessity to fill in a checklist, to assess a completed form and approving PTW that has been raised which requires the user’s concern will immediately show up in the user’s “My Task”. Users will only need to proceed to “My Task” to check, carry out their daily tasks and keep track of completed work
