Yes. Enter your promo code in the promo code field at checkout. Each code has its own conditions, such as the billing period it applies to or an expiry date.

Cancellation can only be done during the renewal notice period, which is sent with your invoice 30 days before the subscription expires. If you do not respond or confirm at least 1 day before the expiry date, the subscription is treated as renewed. If payment is not completed on the expiry date, the subscription is terminated. If you reactivate within 90 days after termination, the reactivation fee is waived. See section 7.5 of the Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel an initial annual subscription and receive a partial refund if you submit the request within 14 calendar days of the Go Live Date, through the official support ticketing system or by email to an authorised representative. The refund equals the annual fee minus one month. Monthly subscriptions, professional services, purchased hardware and taxes are non-refundable. See section 7.6 of the Terms and Conditions.

The Go Live Date is the date your account is successfully created for the first time. A confirmation email with the account details is sent to your registered email address and serves as the official record of the Go Live Date.

Open your organization’s PEER portal in your web browser (for example live.wshpeer.com). Enter your login name or email and your password, click Sign In, then enter the 6-digit passcode from your Google Authenticator app. See How to Login.

A password must have at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol. It cannot contain spaces.

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address and submit. Open the reset email, click the link and set a new password. See Forgot Password.

Follow the User Setup Wizard. It guides you to set a new password, set up two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator, and subscribe to Telegram notifications. See the User Setup Wizard guide.

Install the Google Authenticator app on your phone, then go to My Profile, open Account and Security, and use the Two-Factor Authentication Setup. First-time users can also set up 2FA in the User Setup Wizard. See How to Activate 2FA.

PEER guides every new user through 2FA setup and strongly recommends it. 2FA keeps accounts safer and is needed to comply with ISO 27001.

Check that the date and time on your phone are set automatically, because the passcode depends on accurate time. See the Invalid passcode 2FA troubleshooting guide for the full checklist.

Contact your company Administrator and ask for a 2FA reset. The Administrator can reset it from User Management. See How to reset 2FA.

An account can be suspended if you have not logged in for more than 30 days, if you enter the wrong password 5 times, or if your company Administrator suspends it. To unlock it yourself, log in, click the link in the suspension notice, choose Send OTP Code To My Email, then enter the code. An Administrator can also unlock it from User Management. See Request OTP to unlock the suspended account.

Log in and click the link in the alert at the top of the page, then choose Resend Email Verification. Open the email and click the verification link. Verification links can also be sent by SMS during user registration. See How to Resend Email Validation.

PEER supports Singpass login for Singapore users, and you can also log in with your phone number. Singpass users can unlock a suspended account with an OTP.

Click your profile icon, choose My Profile, click Edit My Profile, enter the new details and save. A new email address must be verified from the link sent to it. An Administrator can also update a user’s details in User Management. See How to Update User NRIC.

An Administrator opens User Management, clicks the + button, fills in the Full Name, Login Name, Email, Designation, FIN/NRIC, User Access Right and Password, then saves. The new user is sent a verification message to confirm the account. See How to Create New User Account.

Yes. In User Management, click the orange button at the bottom right, choose Bulk Register, download the template, fill it in and upload it. Workers and staff can also be registered in bulk. See Bulk User Registration.

Users have PEER accounts and log in to use the platform. Workers are registered in Manpower Management with details such as identification and contact information, and they can hold Letters of Appointment and competencies. Each worker has a QR code. Workers can use the Training Module only with help from an Administrator user.

Open Manpower, click Worker, then use the hamburger button in the lower right corner and choose + to register a single worker. For many workers, use Bulk Worker Registration with the downloadable template. See Add single Worker.

Open Manpower, click Worker, find the worker and use the Competency or LOA option to add one. The appointee or an assigned reviewer approves the LOA. See Add Worker Competency and Adding Worker LOA.

Log in with your Maincon account, open Project Setup and follow the Create New Project steps. After the project is created you can add the owner, vendors, users, workers and locations. See Create New Project.

A Maincon user opens Project Setup, selects Vendors, chooses the project, clicks the + button, enters the subcontractor’s email address and clicks Send Invitation. The subcontractor then accepts the project invitation from the email and logs in. See How to Invite Vendor.

An Administrator or Project Admin opens Project Setup, selects Users or Workers and chooses the project. For users, click Add New Assignment, select the user and role, then save. For workers, select the project designation and save. See How to Assign/Unassign User Project.

An Administrator opens Data Setup and chooses Project Roles to add, edit or remove roles. To set what a role can access in a project, open Project Management, click the three-dot button on the project, choose Permissions, select the role and set the modules. See How to Set Up Project Roles.

From the Dashboard or My Task, click the Location button, select the project you are working on and click OK. The selected project name appears at the top of the page. See How to Select Project.

An Administrator opens Company Profile, updates the company name, code, department code, banner, address or office phone, and saves. Changing the Company Code changes the code shown on all existing checklist and PTW forms. See How to Change Company Profile.

Before submitting a PTW, make sure these prerequisites are completed and approved: Letter of Appointment (LOA), Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), any activity-specific prerequisite documents, and a submitted Toolbox Meeting (TBM). Then create a PTW Plan in the PTW Calendar and add the prerequisites to it. See the PTW Submission guide.

Yes. You can choose which personnel a form or checklist is routed to. The Route To feature lets the form or PTW creator, the creator’s Administrator (Subcon), the Maincon Admin and the last submitter change the next submitter, from the Records page or the PTW Plan list. Yes. Many users run a 2-tier approval process, and PEER can support as many approval levels as you need.

Yes. Each form and checklist has its own printable preview inside PEER, and we can customize the preview to your preference. The contents of PDF attachments are included in the form printout.

Yes. LOA, RA and SWP files can be uploaded in bulk or one at a time, and you can attach several prerequisite documents to one PTW Plan. See the bulk upload guide.

The maximum upload size is 25 MB per file. Files larger than 25 MB are not accepted.

For a PTW, open Apply HSSE PTW, click the three-dot button beside the PTW and choose Copy Plan, then edit the details. The start date defaults to today. For a TBM, open Records, go to the Checklist tab, click the three-dot button on the TBM, choose Copy, edit the fields and submit. See the Duplicate PTW guide.

PEER has two ways to complete a PTW. Use completion according to schedule when the Assessor has approved the PTW on its last scheduled day: open My Tasks and click the three-dot menu on the PTW. See the Completion of PTW guide for both types.

Yes. PEER supports PTW Day 0 (Pre-Approval) in the Master Plan, so safety forms can be submitted and approved before work starts.

Yes. Images taken in PEER are timestamped and saved in PEER, which helps show that the image is authentic.

An inspector conducts the inspection and raises findings. The Person-In-Charge (PIC) of the work takes corrective action, and the inspector then verifies the correction or rejects it. See the Complete Guide to HSSE Inspection and Corrective Action.

Open Conduct HSSE Inspection and click the + button on the inspection list. Fill in the Organization, Function, Designation and any Remark, then start the inspection and submit your findings. See the step-by-step guide.

Open My Tasks, click the HSSE Inspection card, and click Edit on the finding in your Outstanding Tasks. Review the finding from the inspector, then perform and submit the corrective action. See the Rectification guide.

The Inspector (HSSE) is a Maincon user who can conduct inspections, raise findings and approve corrective actions. The Person-In-Charge (Work) can be a Maincon or Subcon user and handles corrective actions. You can assign more than one person in charge to an inspection. See Project Role for HSSE Inspection Module.

Yes. Severity levels can be customized, and a Hazard Type menu is available in Data Setup.

Yes. You can add Other Concerned Parties in Project Setup. They are involved in HSE inspections but are not PEER users, and they can still receive inspection notifications. See Other Concerned Party.

Site Inspection lets teams complete and verify site checklists digitally in PEER, such as concreting, formwork, steel reinforcement and reinforcement bending schedule inspections.

Open Site Inspection, click Conduct Site Inspections, then click the + button beside the calendar. Choose a template, fill in the location, remark and any attachments, complete the checklist and submit. See Submit Concreting Checklist for an example.

The next assigned user receives a notification through Telegram or on the My Tasks page, opens the checklist and verifies it. See Verifying the Site Inspection checklist.

An Administrator assigns users to the project as Project Engineer or Project Supervisor in Project Setup, under Users. The user must already be registered in PEER. See Assign user to Project as Project Engineer.

RE/RTO stands for Resident Engineer / Resident Technical Officer. In PEER, a Project Engineer submits an inspection request, the RE/RTO confirms and conducts the inspection, and any corrective actions are tracked until the work can proceed.

Open Conduct RE/RTO Inspection and click the + button. Fill in the location, location remark, inspection scope, sub scope and description of work, select the RE, and submit. See Submit Inspection Request by PE.

The RE/RTO receives a Telegram notification with a link. They can confirm the request, choose who conducts the inspection, fill in the inspection checklist and record findings, or reschedule the request. See Confirm and Conduct Inspection Request.

If the RE reschedules your request, you receive a Telegram notification with a link to resubmit it. If there are findings, open the notification link, add the corrective action with a remark and attachment if needed, resubmit the checklist and attach the updated inspection. See Resubmit Inspection request by PE and Take corrective action by PE.

Yes. Role Based Access Control lets you set up roles for RE/RTOs that only give access to the RE/RTO feature, so they can enter PEER just for the inspection.

For one record, open Conduct RE/RTO Inspection, click the down arrow and choose Download. For several records, open RE/RTO Inspection Records, go to the Inspection tab, click the three-dot button and choose Download. Only records with the status Proceed with Work can be downloaded. See Single Download RERTO Inspection.

PEER Training offers expert-led online courses to strengthen workplace safety and health, anytime and anywhere. Browse the Course Library to see the courses available.

Open the Course List under the Training Module, choose a course, click the button and select Enroll. Then open Training Progress under the Dashboard, click the three-dot icon next to the course and select Learn. See Training Module Guide for Users.

A user with Administrator access first adds the course as a competency for the worker: open Worker in Manpower Management, choose the worker, click Competency and then Add New Competency. Workers can only use the Training Module with assistance from an Administrator user. See Training Module Guide for Workers.

Yes. Go to the PEER Training page and click Get an Early Access. Fill in your details and register. Your username, password and verification link are sent to your mobile number by SMS. Click the verification link, then return to the login page. See Training Module Guide for Trainee.

Tanggal Go Live adalah tanggal ketika akun Anda berhasil dibuat untuk pertama kalinya. Email konfirmasi berisi rincian akun dikirim ke alamat email terdaftar Anda dan menjadi catatan resmi Tanggal Go Live.

Buka portal PEER organisasi Anda di browser (misalnya live.wshpeer.com). Masukkan nama login atau email dan kata sandi Anda, klik Sign In, lalu masukkan kode 6 digit dari aplikasi Google Authenticator Anda. Lihat How to Login.

Kata sandi harus terdiri dari minimal 8 karakter, termasuk satu huruf besar, satu huruf kecil, satu angka, dan satu simbol. Kata sandi tidak boleh mengandung spasi.

Klik Forgot Password di halaman login, masukkan alamat email terdaftar Anda, lalu kirim. Buka email reset, klik tautannya, dan atur kata sandi baru. Lihat Forgot Password.

Ikuti User Setup Wizard. Wizard ini memandu Anda mengatur kata sandi baru, mengatur autentikasi dua faktor dengan Google Authenticator, dan berlangganan notifikasi Telegram. Lihat panduan User Setup Wizard.

Pasang aplikasi Google Authenticator di ponsel Anda, lalu buka My Profile, pilih Account and Security, dan gunakan Two-Factor Authentication Setup. Pengguna baru juga dapat mengatur 2FA di User Setup Wizard. Lihat How to Activate 2FA.

PEER memandu setiap pengguna baru untuk mengatur 2FA dan sangat menyarankannya. 2FA membuat akun lebih aman dan diperlukan untuk memenuhi ISO 27001.

Pastikan tanggal dan waktu di ponsel Anda diatur secara otomatis, karena kode bergantung pada waktu yang akurat. Lihat panduan pemecahan masalah Invalid passcode 2FA untuk daftar periksa lengkapnya.

Hubungi Administrator perusahaan Anda dan minta reset 2FA. Administrator dapat melakukan reset dari User Management. Lihat How to reset 2FA.

Akun dapat ditangguhkan jika Anda tidak login selama lebih dari 30 hari, jika Anda salah memasukkan kata sandi 5 kali, atau jika Administrator perusahaan Anda menangguhkannya. Untuk membukanya sendiri, login, klik tautan pada pemberitahuan penangguhan, pilih Send OTP Code To My Email, lalu masukkan kodenya. Administrator juga dapat membukanya dari User Management. Lihat Request OTP to unlock the suspended account.

Login dan klik tautan pada peringatan di bagian atas halaman, lalu pilih Resend Email Verification. Buka email dan klik tautan verifikasinya. Tautan verifikasi juga dapat dikirim melalui SMS saat pendaftaran pengguna. Lihat How to Resend Email Validation.

PEER mendukung login Singpass untuk pengguna di Singapura, dan Anda juga dapat login dengan nomor telepon. Pengguna Singpass dapat membuka akun yang ditangguhkan dengan OTP.

Klik ikon profil Anda, pilih My Profile, klik Edit My Profile, masukkan data baru, lalu simpan. Alamat email baru harus diverifikasi melalui tautan yang dikirim ke alamat tersebut. Administrator juga dapat memperbarui data pengguna di User Management. Lihat How to Update User NRIC.

Administrator membuka User Management, mengklik tombol +, mengisi Full Name, Login Name, Email, Designation, FIN/NRIC, User Access Right, dan Password, lalu menyimpan. Pengguna baru akan dikirimi pesan verifikasi untuk mengonfirmasi akun. Lihat How to Create New User Account.

Bisa. Di User Management, klik tombol oranye di kanan bawah, pilih Bulk Register, unduh template, isi, lalu unggah. Pekerja dan staf juga dapat didaftarkan secara massal. Lihat Bulk User Registration.

Pengguna memiliki akun PEER dan login untuk menggunakan platform. Pekerja didaftarkan di Manpower Management dengan data seperti identitas dan informasi kontak, serta dapat memiliki Letter of Appointment dan kompetensi. Setiap pekerja memiliki kode QR. Pekerja hanya dapat menggunakan Training Module dengan bantuan pengguna Administrator.

Buka Manpower, klik Worker, lalu gunakan tombol hamburger di sudut kanan bawah dan pilih + untuk mendaftarkan satu pekerja. Untuk banyak pekerja, gunakan Bulk Worker Registration dengan template yang dapat diunduh. Lihat Add single Worker.

Buka Manpower, klik Worker, cari pekerjanya, lalu gunakan opsi Competency atau LOA untuk menambahkan. Penerima penunjukan atau reviewer yang ditugaskan menyetujui LOA. Lihat Add Worker Competency dan Adding Worker LOA.

Login dengan akun Maincon Anda, buka Project Setup, dan ikuti langkah Create New Project. Setelah proyek dibuat, Anda dapat menambahkan pemilik, vendor, pengguna, pekerja, dan lokasi. Lihat Create New Project.

Pengguna Maincon membuka Project Setup, memilih Vendors, memilih proyek, mengklik tombol +, memasukkan alamat email subkontraktor, lalu mengklik Send Invitation. Subkontraktor kemudian menerima undangan proyek dari email dan login. Lihat How to Invite Vendor.

Administrator atau Project Admin membuka Project Setup, memilih Users atau Workers, dan memilih proyek. Untuk pengguna, klik Add New Assignment, pilih pengguna dan peran, lalu simpan. Untuk pekerja, pilih designation proyek dan simpan. Lihat How to Assign/Unassign User Project.

Administrator membuka Data Setup dan memilih Project Roles untuk menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus peran. Untuk mengatur apa yang dapat diakses suatu peran dalam proyek, buka Project Management, klik tombol tiga titik pada proyek, pilih Permissions, pilih peran, dan atur modulnya. Lihat How to Set Up Project Roles.

Dari Dashboard atau My Task, klik tombol Location, pilih proyek yang sedang Anda kerjakan, lalu klik OK. Nama proyek yang dipilih muncul di bagian atas halaman. Lihat How to Select Project.

Administrator membuka Company Profile, memperbarui nama perusahaan, kode, kode departemen, banner, alamat, atau telepon kantor, lalu menyimpan. Mengubah Company Code akan mengubah kode yang ditampilkan pada seluruh formulir checklist dan PTW yang sudah ada. Lihat How to Change Company Profile.

Sebelum mengajukan PTW, pastikan prasyarat berikut telah selesai dan disetujui: Letter of Appointment (LOA), Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), dokumen prasyarat khusus aktivitas, dan Toolbox Meeting (TBM) yang sudah diajukan. Lalu buat PTW Plan di PTW Calendar dan tambahkan prasyarat ke dalamnya. Lihat PTW Submission guide.

Bisa. Anda dapat memilih personel yang menerima formulir atau checklist. Fitur Route To memungkinkan pembuat formulir atau PTW, Administrator pembuat (Subcon), Admin Maincon, dan pengirim terakhir mengubah penerima berikutnya, dari halaman Records atau daftar PTW Plan. Bisa. Banyak pengguna menjalankan proses persetujuan 2 tingkat, dan PEER dapat mendukung sebanyak apa pun tingkat persetujuan yang Anda butuhkan.

Bisa. Setiap formulir dan checklist memiliki pratinjau cetak sendiri di dalam PEER, dan kami dapat menyesuaikan pratinjau sesuai preferensi Anda. Isi lampiran PDF ikut disertakan dalam hasil cetak formulir.

Bisa. File LOA, RA, dan SWP dapat diunggah secara massal atau satu per satu, dan Anda dapat melampirkan beberapa dokumen prasyarat pada satu PTW Plan. Lihat panduan unggah massal.

Ukuran unggahan maksimum adalah 25 MB per file. File yang lebih besar dari 25 MB tidak diterima.

Untuk PTW, buka Apply HSSE PTW, klik tombol tiga titik di samping PTW dan pilih Copy Plan, lalu ubah detailnya. Tanggal mulai secara default adalah hari ini. Untuk TBM, buka Records, masuk ke tab Checklist, klik tombol tiga titik pada TBM, pilih Copy, ubah isiannya, lalu kirim. Lihat Duplicate PTW guide.

PEER memiliki dua cara untuk menyelesaikan PTW. Gunakan penyelesaian sesuai jadwal ketika Assessor telah menyetujui PTW pada hari terakhir jadwalnya: buka My Tasks dan klik menu tiga titik pada PTW. Lihat Completion of PTW guide untuk kedua jenis penyelesaian.

Bisa. PEER mendukung PTW Day 0 (Pre-Approval) di Master Plan, sehingga formulir keselamatan dapat diajukan dan disetujui sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.

Ya. Gambar yang diambil di PEER diberi cap waktu dan disimpan di PEER, sehingga membantu menunjukkan keaslian gambar tersebut.

Seorang inspektur melakukan inspeksi dan mengangkat temuan. Person-In-Charge (PIC) pekerjaan melakukan tindakan korektif, lalu inspektur memverifikasi perbaikan tersebut atau menolaknya. Lihat Complete Guide to HSSE Inspection and Corrective Action.

Buka Conduct HSSE Inspection dan klik tombol + pada daftar inspeksi. Isi Organization, Function, Designation, dan Remark jika perlu, lalu mulai inspeksi dan kirim temuan Anda. Lihat panduan langkah demi langkah.

Buka My Tasks, klik kartu HSSE Inspection, lalu klik Edit pada temuan di Outstanding Tasks Anda. Tinjau temuan dari inspektur, lalu lakukan dan kirim tindakan korektif. Lihat Rectification guide.

Inspector (HSSE) adalah pengguna Maincon yang dapat melakukan inspeksi, mengangkat temuan, dan menyetujui tindakan korektif. Person-In-Charge (Work) dapat berasal dari Maincon atau Subcon dan menangani tindakan korektif. Anda dapat menugaskan lebih dari satu person in charge pada suatu inspeksi. Bisa. Tingkat keparahan (severity level) dapat disesuaikan, dan menu Hazard Type tersedia di Data Setup.

Bisa. Anda dapat menambahkan Other Concerned Party di Project Setup. Mereka terlibat dalam inspeksi HSE tetapi bukan pengguna PEER, dan tetap dapat menerima notifikasi inspeksi. Lihat Other Concerned Party.

Site Inspection memungkinkan tim menyelesaikan dan memverifikasi checklist lokasi secara digital di PEER, seperti inspeksi pengecoran (concreting), bekisting (formwork), tulangan baja, dan jadwal pembengkokan tulangan.

Buka Site Inspection, klik Conduct Site Inspections, lalu klik tombol + di samping kalender. Pilih template, isi lokasi, remark, dan lampiran jika ada, lengkapi checklist, lalu kirim. Lihat Submit Concreting Checklist sebagai contoh.

Pengguna berikutnya yang ditugaskan menerima notifikasi melalui Telegram atau di halaman My Tasks, membuka checklist, dan memverifikasinya. Lihat Verifying the Site Inspection checklist.

Administrator menugaskan pengguna ke proyek sebagai Project Engineer atau Project Supervisor di Project Setup, pada bagian Users. Pengguna tersebut harus sudah terdaftar di PEER. Lihat Assign user to Project as Project Engineer.

RE/RTO adalah singkatan dari Resident Engineer / Resident Technical Officer. Di PEER, Project Engineer mengajukan permintaan inspeksi, RE/RTO mengonfirmasi dan melakukan inspeksi, dan setiap tindakan korektif dilacak hingga pekerjaan dapat dilanjutkan.

Buka Conduct RE/RTO Inspection dan klik tombol +. Isi lokasi, catatan lokasi, lingkup inspeksi, sub lingkup, dan deskripsi pekerjaan, pilih RE, lalu kirim. Lihat Submit Inspection Request by PE.

RE/RTO menerima notifikasi Telegram berisi tautan. Mereka dapat mengonfirmasi permintaan, memilih siapa yang melakukan inspeksi, mengisi checklist inspeksi dan mencatat temuan, atau menjadwalkan ulang permintaan. Lihat Confirm and Conduct Inspection Request.

Jika RE menjadwalkan ulang permintaan Anda, Anda menerima notifikasi Telegram berisi tautan untuk mengirimkannya kembali. Jika ada temuan, buka tautan notifikasi, tambahkan tindakan korektif beserta catatan dan lampiran jika perlu, kirim ulang checklist, dan lampirkan inspeksi yang telah diperbarui. Bisa. Role Based Access Control memungkinkan Anda membuat peran untuk RE/RTO yang hanya memberi akses ke fitur RE/RTO, sehingga mereka dapat masuk ke PEER khusus untuk inspeksi.

Untuk satu catatan, buka Conduct RE/RTO Inspection, klik panah bawah dan pilih Download. Untuk beberapa catatan, buka RE/RTO Inspection Records, masuk ke tab Inspection, klik tombol tiga titik dan pilih Download. Hanya catatan dengan status Proceed with Work yang dapat diunduh. PEER Training menyediakan kursus online yang dipandu pakar untuk memperkuat keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, kapan saja dan di mana saja. Jelajahi Course Library untuk melihat kursus yang tersedia.

Buka Course List di Training Module, pilih kursus, klik tombolnya, lalu pilih Enroll. Setelah itu buka Training Progress di Dashboard, klik ikon tiga titik di samping kursus, dan pilih Learn. Lihat Training Module Guide for Users.

Pengguna dengan akses Administrator terlebih dahulu menambahkan kursus sebagai kompetensi untuk pekerja: buka Worker di Manpower Management, pilih pekerja, klik Competency, lalu Add New Competency. Buka menu Announcement, pilih Announcement Management, klik tombol +, isi judul, tingkat keparahan (severity), penerima, dan metode broadcast, lalu publikasikan. PEER mendukung autentikasi dua faktor dengan Google Authenticator dan menerapkan kata sandi yang kuat. Akun ditangguhkan secara otomatis setelah 30 hari tanpa login atau setelah 5 kali salah memasukkan kata sandi, dan dapat dibuka dengan OTP atau oleh Administrator. Login Singpass juga didukung.

Bisa. PEER menggunakan Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Administrator mengatur hak akses setiap pengguna dan peran proyek dengan izin tertentu, sehingga orang hanya melihat modul dan tindakan yang mereka butuhkan. Anda juga dapat mengundang pihak eksternal seperti petugas RE/RTO dengan akses hanya ke fitur RE/RTO.
