Scenario #1: Single Staff Registration

  1. Navigating to the Manpower Module

    • Open the application and navigate to the “Manpower” module.
    • Click on “Staff” to enter the staff management section.
  2. Starting the Staff Registration Process

    • Locate the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen and click it.
    • Select the “+” button to begin registering a new staff member.
  3. Entering Required Information

    • Complete all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
    • Ensure that the following fields are correctly filled in:
      • Full Name: Enter the full legal name of the staff member.
      • FIN/NRIC: Input the correct identification number.
      • Email: Provide a valid email address for communication.
      • Mobile: Enter the staff member’s active mobile number.
    • Add any other necessary information as required by your organization.
  4. Saving the New Staff Details

    • Once all required fields are completed, click the “SAVE” button to store the new staff member’s details in the system.
