Introduction
In this training session, you will learn how to edit user information in the User Management system. This includes updating the user’s photo, name, mobile designation, and identification numbers, as well as the process for updating the email address. Follow the steps below to ensure accurate and efficient updates.
Steps to Edit a User

Access User Management
- Navigate to the User Management menu from the main dashboard.

Search for the User
- In the Search section, enter the name or other identifying information of the user you wish to edit.

Select the User
- Locate the user in the search results.
- Click the 3 dots button next to the user’s name.
- From the dropdown menu, select Edit.

Update User Information
- You can update the following details:
- Photo: Upload a new profile picture.
- Full Name: Enter the updated name.
- Mobile Designation: Update the user’s mobile number or position.
- FIN or NRIC: Enter the updated FIN (Foreign Identification Number) or NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) number.

Update Email Address
- If updating the email address, the user will need to verify the new email. Ensure the user completes this verification process.

Save Changes
- Once all the necessary updates have been made, click the SAVE button to apply the changes.
