Training Material: How to Add Worker Competency in the Manpower Module
Step-by-Step Guide

Access the Manpower Module:
- Navigate to the Manpower module from the main menu.
- Click on Worker to view the list of workers.

Locate the Worker:
- Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the worker who needs the competency update.

Access Competency Management:
- Click on the three dots (more options) button next to the worker’s name.
- Select Competency from the dropdown menu.

Initiate Adding a New Competency:
- Click on the hamburger button (menu icon) located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on the + button to start adding a new competency.

Fill in the Competency Details:
- Project: Select the relevant project from the dropdown menu.
- Competency/Course: Choose the competency or course from the available options.
- Certificate Name: Enter the name of the certificate associated with the competency.
- Certificate No.: Input the certificate number.
- Certified At: Specify the date when the worker was certified.
- Certificate Expire At: Enter the expiration date of the certificate.
- Upload Certificate Attachment: Attach a scanned copy or image of the certificate.

Save the Competency:
- After filling in all the required fields, click the SAVE button to store the worker’s competency information.
