Scenario 1: Adding a Single Worker

  1. Accessing the Worker Module:

    • Navigate to the Manpower module.
    • Click on “Worker.”
  2. Initiating Worker Registration:

    • Locate the hamburger button in the lower right corner of the screen and click it.
    • Select the “+” button to start registering a new worker.
  3. Filling Out Worker Information:

    • Complete all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
      • Full Name: Enter the worker’s full legal name.
      • FIN / NRIC: Input the worker’s FIN or NRIC number.
      • Email: Enter the worker’s email address. If unavailable, click the “Random” button to generate an email.
      • Mobile: Provide the worker’s mobile number.
      • Fill in any other fields as necessary.
  4. Saving the Worker Information:

    • Once all the required information is entered, click the “SAVE” button to store the new worker’s details.
