Login to CTMS
Click on the Conduct HSSE Inspection menu
Click the + (plus) button on the Inspection list
Fill in the required information, Organization, Function, Designation, Remark if needed, Start Inspection and if everything is filled in then click the SAVE button.
Click the Orange menu button in the lower right corner, then click the + (plus) Add Findings button
Fill in the Finding editor with the required information such as Location, Company Responsible for finding, company trade, Responsible PIC, Type of HSSE Finding, Act or Condition, and so on.
Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
The PIC will receive a telegram notification and an outstanding task update for the Rectification finding that you have sent.
