Introduction

The Audit Trail feature in PEER is an essential tool for tracking user activities. It helps maintain security and transparency by logging key details about user sessions. This feature is exclusive to users with Administration access rights.

Accessing the Audit Trail

To access the Audit Trail:

  1. Ensure you have Administration access rights.
  2. Navigate to the Admin section.
  3. Click on the Audit Trail menu.

Understanding the Audit Trail Columns

The Audit Trail provides detailed information in the following columns:

  1. Full Name: The full name of the user who logs into PEER.
  2. Login Time: The exact time when the user logs into PEER.
  3. Logout Time: The exact time when the user logs out of PEER.
  4. Company: The company information of the user accessing PEER.

These details help administrators monitor and manage user activity effectively.
