This tutorial is how to reset the user's 2FA (by an Administration user). If you lose your 2FA or lose your Smartphone, you can ask the PEER admin at your company to help you reset your 2FA. 

  1. log in to PEER as Admin user. 

 

  1. Click on User Management

  1. The user list will appear, click on the 3 dots button> Reset 2FA.

  1. Then this pop-up will appear, then click YES

  1. If successful, the 2FA status next to the username will be lost, and the user can reset his 2FA again.   

Next, the user needs to log in and set up his 2fa.
