Module: Adding Asset Forms to a Project

Introduction to Asset Maintenance:
- To maintain an asset within a project, the first essential step is to add the Asset Form to the specific project.

Navigating to the Project Setup:
- Go to the Project Setup menu. This is the central hub for configuring various project settings.

Accessing the Asset Form:
- Within the Project Setup menu, click on the Asset Form menu. This section allows you to manage asset-related forms within the project.

Selecting the Project:
- Choose the relevant project for which you want to add the Asset Form. This ensures that the form is linked to the correct project context.

Copying the Template:
- Click the Copy Template From Master Data button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This action will copy a pre-defined template from the master data repository into your selected project.

Choosing the Appropriate Form:
- Select the form that corresponds to the asset you previously added to the project. This ensures that the maintenance activities are accurately documented and tracked.
