Module: Adding Other Concerned Parties for HSSE Inspection Notifications

Introduction

In this module, you will learn how to add Other Concerned Parties who are involved in HSSE Inspection but are not users of PEER. These parties can still receive important notifications related to HSSE Inspection by adding their contact information in the Project Setup.

Steps to Add Other Concerned Parties

  1. Understanding Other Concerned Parties:

    • Other Concerned Parties are those who are involved in HSSE Inspection but do not use PEER.
  2. Notification Setup for Non-PEER Users:

    • Even if they are not PEER users, these parties can still receive notifications about HSSE Inspection.
    • This is done by adding their contact email during the Project Setup.
  3. Navigating to Project Setup:

    • To add Other Concerned Parties, first, navigate to the Project Setup section within the PEER application.
  4. Accessing Other Concerned Parties:

    • Click on the “Other Concerned Parties” option within the Project Setup.
  5. Selecting the Project:

    • Choose the relevant project for which you want to add the concerned parties.
  6. Filling in Contact Information:

    • Enter the required contact details:
      • Company Name
      • Personal Name
      • Email
      • Remark (any additional notes or comments)
    • Once all information is entered, click the “SAVE” button to save the details.

Summary

By following these steps, you can ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed about HSSE Inspections, even if they are not using PEER. This helps maintain effective communication and compliance within your projects.
