Training Materials: RERTO Inspection Form Setup

Introduction

This training material will guide you through the steps required to set up and use the RERTO Inspection Form within our system. By the end of this session, you will be able to navigate the Data Setup menu, select the appropriate project, and copy the necessary templates for the RERTO inspection process.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Data Setup Menu
    • Navigate to the main menu of the system.
    • Click on the “Project Setup” option to enter the data configuration area.
  2. Go to the RERTO Inspection Form Section
    • Within the Data Setup menu, locate and click on the “RERTO Inspection Form” section. This section is dedicated to managing forms related to RERTO inspections.
  3. Choose the Project
    • After entering the RERTO Inspection Form section, you will see a list of projects.
    • Select the project you are working on. For this training, we will use “Project 02” as an example.
  4. Click the Button Copy Templates From Master Data
    • Within the selected project, look for the “Copy Templates From Master Data” button.
    • Click this button to open the master template selection.
  5. Select the Form Needed for RERTO
    • A list of available forms will be displayed.
    • Select the forms needed for the RERTO inspection. For Project 02, four forms are required for the RERTO checklists.
  6. Verify Form Checklist Setup
    • Ensure that the selected forms have been copied and set up in the project.
    • Verify that all necessary forms for the RERTO checklists are correctly included in Project 02.
