Setting Up a Site Inspection Form in Your Project

Welcome to the training session on setting up a Site Inspection Form in your project. Follow these simple steps to ensure the form is correctly configured:

  1. Go to Project Setup:

    • Begin by navigating to the ‘Project Setup’ section in your project management tool.
  2. Choose the Site Inspection Form Section:

    • Within the project setup, locate and select the ‘Site Inspection Form’ section. This is where you’ll manage your inspection forms.
  3. Select the Project:

    • From the list of available projects, choose the one you are currently working on. This will be the project where the site inspection form will be applied.
  4. Click the Button Copy Template from Master Data:

    • In the ‘Site Inspection Form’ section, find and click the button labeled ‘Copy Template from Master Data.’ This will allow you to use a pre-defined template for your form.
  5. Choose the Necessary Template:

    • A list of available templates will appear. Select the one that best fits your project’s requirements.
  6. The Form is Already Set Up in the Project:

    • Once the template is copied, the form setup is complete, and it is now integrated into your project.

You have now successfully set up the Site Inspection Form in your project. Make sure to review the form to ensure all necessary fields are included and configured correctly.
