Training Material: Setting Staff Credentials and User Verification in the Manpower Module

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Manpower Module

    • Log in to PEER and locate the Manpower module on the dashboard.
    • Click on “Staff” to view the list of staff members.
  2. Find the Desired Staff Member

    • Scroll through the list or use the search function to locate the staff member you wish to set as a user.
  3. Access the Credential Settings

    • Click on the three dots button (options menu) next to the staff member’s name.
    • Select “Credential” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Fill in the Required Fields

    • In the Credential section, enter a unique Login Name for the staff member.
    • Create a secure Password for the account.
    • Re-enter the password in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy.
  5. Save Your Changes

    • Once all fields are filled correctly, click the SAVE button to apply the changes.
  6. Verify the New User

    • Navigate to the User Management section to verify that the new user has been successfully created.
    • Ensure that the staff member’s credentials are correctly listed and that they have the necessary access permissions.
