Module: Manpower

Section: LOA Submission

  1. Navigate to the Manpower Module

    • Start by logging into the system and navigating to the Manpower module on the main dashboard.
    • Click on “Staff” to view the list of staff members.
  2. Select the Staff Member

    • Browse or search for the staff member whose LOA you need to update.
    • Once you find the staff member, click on the three dots (ellipsis) button next to their name.
  3. Access the LOA Section

    • From the dropdown menu, select “LOA” to enter the Letter of Appointment section.
  4. Add a New LOA

    • In the LOA section, click on the “+” button to initiate a new LOA submission.
  5. Fill in the Required Fields

    • A form will appear. Fill in all the required fields such as Project, Title of Appointment, Start Date, End Date, etc.
    • Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed to avoid submission errors.
  6. Save the LOA

    • After filling in the details, click on the “SAVE” button to submit the LOA for further processing.

Section: LOA Approval

  1. Login as the Appointee or Reviewer

    • Log in to the system using the credentials of the appointee or designated reviewer responsible for approving LOAs.
  2. Access the Staff’s LOA

    • Navigate to the specific staff member’s LOA that requires review or approval.
  3. Review and Approve

    • Click on the three dots (ellipsis) button next to the LOA entry.
    • Select the option to “Review/Sign.”
  4. Sign for Approval

    • Review the details of the LOA.
    • If everything is in order, sign the document to accept and approve the LOA.
