Request OTP to unlock the suspended account

When your account is suspended, there may be 3 reasons;

  1. You are not logged in or inactive in PEER for more than 30 days
  2. You entered the wrong password for 5 times when logging in
  3. Your account has been suspended by the PEER administrator in your company

 

To be able to access and login to PEER again, follow the steps below

Click on “SEND OTP CODE TO MY EMAIL” button

 

 

Open your email and look for the email from PEER

 

Copy the OTP CODE

 

 

Back to PEER and paste the OTP code and then click SUBMIT OTP

 

Your account successfully unlocked!, now you able to login to PEER again.
