Training Material: How to Add Worker Competency in the Manpower Module


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Manpower Module:

    • Navigate to the Manpower module from the main menu.
    • Click on Worker to view the list of workers.
  2. Locate the Worker:

    • Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the worker who needs the competency update.
  3. Access Competency Management:

    • Click on the three dots (more options) button next to the worker’s name.
    • Select Competency from the dropdown menu.
  4. Initiate Adding a New Competency:

    • Click on the hamburger button (menu icon) located at the bottom right of the screen.
    • Click on the + button to start adding a new competency.
  5. Fill in the Competency Details:

    • Project: Select the relevant project from the dropdown menu.
    • Competency/Course: Choose the competency or course from the available options.
    • Certificate Name: Enter the name of the certificate associated with the competency.
    • Certificate No.: Input the certificate number.
    • Certified At: Specify the date when the worker was certified.
    • Certificate Expire At: Enter the expiration date of the certificate.
    • Upload Certificate Attachment: Attach a scanned copy or image of the certificate.
  6. Save the Competency:

    • After filling in all the required fields, click the SAVE button to store the worker’s competency information.
