Adding a Worker LOA

  1. Navigate to the Manpower Module:

    • Open the Manpower module.
    • Click on the “Worker” option.
  2. Locate the Worker:

    • Browse through the list of workers to find the one for whom you need to add a Letter of Appointment (LOA).
  3. Access the LOA Option:

    • Click on the three dots button next to the worker’s name.
    • From the dropdown menu, select “LOA.”
  4. Register a New LOA:

    • Click the “+” button located at the lower right corner of the screen to start registering a new LOA.
  5. Fill in the Required Fields:

    • Complete all necessary fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*):
      • Project: Select the relevant project.
      • Title of Appointment: Specify the title for the appointment.
      • Select Users to be the Reviewer: Choose users who will review the LOA.
      • Competency: This field is usually auto-filled based on the worker’s existing competency.
  6. Save the LOA:

    • After filling in all required information, click the “SAVE” button to save the worker’s LOA.
