Adding a Worker LOA

Navigate to the Manpower Module:
- Open the Manpower module.
- Click on the “Worker” option.

Locate the Worker:
- Browse through the list of workers to find the one for whom you need to add a Letter of Appointment (LOA).

Access the LOA Option:
- Click on the three dots button next to the worker’s name.
- From the dropdown menu, select “LOA.”

Register a New LOA:
- Click the “+” button located at the lower right corner of the screen to start registering a new LOA.

Fill in the Required Fields:
- Complete all necessary fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*):
- Project: Select the relevant project.
- Title of Appointment: Specify the title for the appointment.
- Select Users to be the Reviewer: Choose users who will review the LOA.
- Competency: This field is usually auto-filled based on the worker’s existing competency.
- Complete all necessary fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*):

Save the LOA:
- After filling in all required information, click the “SAVE” button to save the worker’s LOA.
