Crawler Mobile Crane Inspection Checklist – Company D

The daily mobile crane checklist enforce that valid documentations are ready before work begin, such as valid LM Certs, operator certs & appointments and operator's details are visible on the machinery.

The checklist also enforce vehicular checks such as engine, hydraulics, brakes, operating controls along with outrigger & pulley checks.

Once completed, the checklist should be routed for approval before attachment to a Permit To Work.
