The Piling operation checklist is a 3 part checklist which conducts a check on documentation, pre operation check and environmental check.

The checklist requires applicant to conduct a check on documentation such as permit given from relevant authorities, maintenance records of excavator machinery, HSSERIA & SWP briefings are conducted.

The pre operation checks requires applicant to conduct an inspection on a final equipment check including machinery and safety equipment/PPE. Other pre-ops check includes an access/egress for personnel along with storage of excavated material

Environmental checks to ensure proper vehicle washing facilities, no accumulation of excavated earth, effort taken to prevent ponding are taken.

The checklist should be routed for assessment and approval before attachment ot a PTW
